Customer Service Representative

About the role

Peerless-AV® is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide accurate product information and support to both new and existing customers. The role works on‑site, collaborating closely with Sales, Accounting, Production, and Shipping to ensure orders are processed correctly and shipped on time.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and send invoices to customers.
• Provide tracking numbers and order status updates.
• Process purchase orders (POs) and assist with warranty cases.
• Coordinate communication between customers and internal departments.
• Confirm ETAs with the US team and manage documentation control.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
• Recent graduates with internships or initial professional experience are also considered.
• Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving ability, and organizational skills.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Familiarity with AI‑based platforms and digital communication tools (email, text messaging, video conferencing).
• Basic math operations and online research capabilities.

What we offer

• Monthly salary range of 15,000 – 18,000 MXN before taxes.
• Full‑time onsite schedule: Monday‑Friday, 9 am‑6 pm with a one‑hour lunch break.
