Cybersecurity Engineer (Associate) – CrowdStrike Training – Remote (Mexico)

About the role

Join Echelon Risk + Cyber’s CrowdStrike Training Program as a Cybersecurity Engineer (Associate). This remote position in Mexico is designed for early‑career professionals with around two years of experience who want to become experts in the CrowdStrike Falcon ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in a structured onboarding and training program focused on the Falcon platform.
• Support implementation and configuration of Falcon modules such as EDR, Identity Protection, Cloud Security, and Next‑Gen SIEM.
• Assist with onboarding, deployment, and configuration of endpoint security solutions for client environments.
• Conduct security assessments and review customer environments against best‑practice standards.
• Monitor and troubleshoot endpoint and security platform deployments.
• Collaborate with senior consultants and engineers on technical projects and client engagements.
• Participate in customer meetings, workshops, and technical discussions, providing professional support.
• Work with cross‑functional teams to identify risks and recommend mitigations.

Required profile

• Approximately 2 years of relevant cybersecurity or IT security experience.
• Motivated, client‑focused, and passionate about cybersecurity.
• Eager to learn and develop consulting and communication skills.
• Comfortable interacting with clients and working in a remote team environment.
