Data Analyst

About the role

KEMET de México is seeking a Data Analyst to join the Global Distribution G7 team in Monterrey. You will support the Distribution Director and Account Managers by ensuring data accuracy, preparing reports, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare sales reports, track KPIs, and maintain CRM data for distributor accounts.
• Monitor and communicate order entry, pricing, and logistics issues with the G7 team.
• Support distribution programs, invoice follow‑up, SFDC monitoring, and sales promotions.
• Compile and analyze sales data to aid forecasting and performance reviews.
• Liaise between the Distribution Account Manager and internal teams such as Finance, Logistics, and Business Units.
• Consolidate communication with distributors regarding updates, lead times, and product change notices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, international business, communications or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in sales or customer service.
• Advanced level of English.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Experience with Power BI.
• Experience with Salesforce (SFDC) and CRM systems.
