Dealer Auditor

About the role

The Dealer Auditor will support Stellantis' Dealer Audit organization by planning, executing, and reporting on warranty audits across the dealership network. The role ensures consistent application of warranty policies, accuracy, and fairness while providing insight for continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and conduct warranty audits at franchised dealerships.
• Prepare and communicate audit notifications, detailed reports, and maintain audit tools.
• Analyze root causes of audit findings and recommend corrective actions.
• Monitor Stellantis warranty policies, identify process improvement opportunities, and support system functionality enhancements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in auditing, finance, compliance, quality assurance, or related automotive functions.
• Fluent English; ability to report to a US manager.
• In‑depth knowledge of automotive technical information systems and repair/diagnostic procedures.
• Strong understanding of franchised dealership models, risk management, and control objectives.
