Design Assistant for Luxury Residential Projects

About the role

We are looking for a Design Assistant to support high‑end residential interior design projects within the Twin Dolphin Los Cabos community. The successful candidate will blend creativity with strong administrative skills to ensure design processes run smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all phases of specific interior design projects, focusing on both creative and administrative tasks.
• Document every step of the design process and maintain files according to departmental standards.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
• Conduct site visits to verify design intent and identify areas requiring clarification.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience managing luxury residential interior design projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in interior design, architecture, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
