Design Assistant – Support Residential & Commercial Projects

About the role

We are seeking a Design Assistant to help turn beautiful concepts into finished residential and commercial spaces. You will work closely with our design team, coordinating vendors, preparing presentations, and keeping projects on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Support design projects from concept through completion, reviewing architectural drawings and performing take‑offs.
• Create mood boards, client presentations, and purchasing documents.
• Coordinate with designers, renderers, drafters, contractors and other partners.
• Source materials, communicate with vendors and track orders.
• Help manage project schedules, timelines and deliverables.
• Assist with client communications, project updates and ensure design feasibility.
• Support social media and marketing efforts to showcase completed work.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in interior design, architecture, construction or project coordination.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and design plans.
• Strong organization, multitasking and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
• Experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp or similar design software.
• Photoshop experience is a plus.
