Design Coordinator

About the role

The Design Coordinator will lead the creation and coordination of graphic materials that inspire, inform and captivate consumers across Mexico and Latin America. Working closely with internal teams and external agencies, you will ensure brand consistency while delivering high‑impact visual solutions for product, advertising, digital and trade‑marketing assets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and apply brand‑book guidelines to all visual concepts, ensuring correct brand usage.
• Design and produce assets for product packaging, advertising, sales collateral, digital media and social platforms.
• Collaborate with internal and external clients to define project scope, present concepts and incorporate feedback.
• Manage project timelines, coordinate with agencies, and control marketing expenses to stay within budget.
• Prepare files for print, online and mobile publication, including proof‑reading and quality checks.
• Maintain and organize the design resource database to improve productivity.
• Support digital marketing initiatives, including social media and web projects.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar design coordination role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency; ability to work in Spanish.
• Experience in the consumer electronics or home‑appliance sector is a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Corel Draw.
• Video editing and motion‑graphics skills (After Effects).
• Familiarity with Google Ads and Facebook Campaigns.
• Strong command of the MS Office Suite.
