Design Engineer (Automotive Bracket Development)

About the role

We are looking for an early‑career Design Engineer to join our automotive development team. You will work on the design, validation and release of bracket components that are critical to vehicle performance and integration.

Key responsibilities

• Support the design and release of bracket components within automotive programs.
• Participate in product development activities, including feasibility studies and validation testing.
• Create and modify CAD models, generate engineering drawings and maintain technical documentation.
• Assist with engineering change orders, validation activities and component integration.
• Coordinate with suppliers and cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Verify that components meet performance, cost and integration requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Automotive, Mechatronics Engineering or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience (internships count) in automotive product development or engineering.
• Hands‑on experience designing brackets or other metal components.
• Familiarity with Formula SAE or similar project environments.
• Experience working in a pre‑series or OEM setting.
• Conversational level English (mandatory).

Required skills

• Proficiency with CAD tools such as NX, CATIA or similar.
• Ability to interpret and produce engineering drawings.
• Experience with validation or testing processes for mechanical components.
