DevOps Engineer (Kubernetes, CI/CD)

About the role

We are seeking a DevOps Engineer to join a high‑performing engineering team in Mexico. You will design, automate, and maintain scalable infrastructure that supports large‑scale digital platforms, working closely with development, QA, and operations teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and promote modern DevOps practices across development, QA and operations.
• Deploy, manage and optimise Kubernetes clusters in cloud and on‑premises environments.
• Build, maintain and continuously improve CI/CD pipelines for reliable software delivery.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using IaC and CaC methodologies.
• Implement monitoring, logging, alerting and performance optimisation solutions.
• Administer Linux‑based infrastructure ensuring security, availability and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot production issues and enhance platform reliability.

Required profile

• 4+ years of professional experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar automation role.
• At least 2 years of hands‑on experience with Configuration as Code, preferably Ansible.
• Proven experience implementing Infrastructure as Code in cloud environments, ideally AWS and Terraform.
• Strong expertise in designing, configuring and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
• Advanced Linux system administration skills and solid networking knowledge (routing, VPNs, DNS, load balancing, firewalls).
