DevOps Engineer (OpenShift / EKS / Ansible)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to join LTM’s global technology consulting team. The role focuses on automating infrastructure, building CI‑CD pipelines and deploying containerised applications on OpenShift and AWS EKS for large‑scale enterprise customers.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain Jenkins pipelines using Groovy scripts.
• Automate provisioning and configuration management with Ansible.
• Deploy, manage and support containerised workloads on OpenShift and Amazon EKS.
• Assist migration of on‑premises applications to cloud platforms.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code and best‑practice deployment automation.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure and cloud teams to improve reliability and release efficiency.
• Handle multi‑tier application deployments and release management.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience with Ansible in enterprise settings.
• Proven ability to create and maintain Jenkins/Groovy pipelines.
• Expertise in OpenShift and/or AWS EKS administration.
• Solid background with Docker, Kubernetes and related tooling.
• Experience supporting CI/CD for Java.NET, Node.js, Python or PHP applications.
• Proficiency in YAML, Shell/Bash scripting and Linux/Unix administration.
• Knowledge of AWS services such as EC2, Load Balancers, IAM, S3, Lambda and EKS.
