Digital Account Manager

About the role

We are looking for a proactive, client‑focused Digital Account Manager to join our Managed Service team. You will be the main point of contact for brands, ensuring their UGC and influencer marketing campaigns run smoothly from onboarding to final delivery. This is a full‑time, fully remote position with core hours from 9 am to 6 pm EST.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison for clients, delivering an outstanding experience throughout the campaign lifecycle.
• Build and maintain trust‑based relationships, identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities, and drive client retention.
• Oversee end‑to‑end execution of influencer campaigns, coordinating with Influencer Marketing Managers, Creative Strategists, Motion Designers, and Paid Media Specialists.
• Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring clear communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Guide brands in creating high‑performing ad creative concepts for influencer and paid‑social campaigns.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in account management, client success, or project management, preferably within an agency, influencer, or digital marketing environment.
• Strong digital‑marketing knowledge, especially influencer marketing, UGC, and paid social.
• Exceptional project‑management and organizational abilities, capable of handling multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Excellent client communication skills—proactive, empathetic, and solutions‑driven.
• Comfortable thriving in a fast‑paced, collaborative, cross‑functional setting.
• Bonus: experience in a startup or fast‑growing company and familiarity with influencer‑marketing platforms or paid‑media strategies.
