Digital Marketing Manager – Latin America & Caribbean (Mexico)

About the role

The Digital Marketing Manager – Latin America & Caribbean (Mexico) will own the definition and execution of Dairy Queen Mexico’s digital growth agenda across first‑party online ordering, third‑party delivery platforms, and loyalty. The role drives incremental sales, frequency and customer engagement while building scalable, franchise‑ready digital operating models.

Key responsibilities

• Own digital channel growth strategy and performance across online ordering, third‑party delivery, and loyalty; track KPIs such as digital sales mix, conversion, frequency, average check and retention; create dashboards and reporting cadence.
• Lead day‑to‑day planning and execution of all digital platforms; develop SOPs, playbooks and standards for agencies, internal teams and franchisees; monitor operational readiness and reliability.
• Identify risks, gaps and performance issues; provide data‑driven insights and recommendations.
• Manage relationships with third‑party delivery aggregators; optimize promotions, profitability and compliance; drive traffic to owned DQ channels while protecting brand standards.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with IT, Fan Relations, Operations, Brand Marketing and external partners to translate strategy into operational reality.
• Build repeatable digital operating models that can be scaled across Mexico and inform the broader LATAM & Caribbean region.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading digital marketing initiatives in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments.
• Strong commercial mindset with ability to translate performance data into actionable strategies.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and influence internal teams and franchisees.
• Bilingual proficiency (English and Spanish) required.
• Entrepreneurial spirit, strategic thinking and results‑orientation.
