About the role

The Digital Marketing Specialist will lead the design, execution, and optimisation of digital campaigns aimed at increasing student enrollment and retention. The role combines paid media management, funnel building, and AI‑driven automation to maximise conversion performance.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimise paid (Meta Ads, Google Ads) and organic campaigns, including audience research and A/B testing.
• Manage retargeting, scaling strategies and stay up‑to‑date with platform features.
• Deploy AI agents and build automated nurturing sequences to improve engagement.
• Construct and optimise sales funnels using Systeme.io and GoHighLevel, handling lead capture, segmentation and list building.
• Track KPIs, produce performance reports and ensure accurate attribution across all channels.
• Collaborate with creative, sales and operations teams to align messaging and support internal initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on paid media.
• Demonstrated success driving traffic, engagement and lead generation.
• Experience in education‑sector recruitment or student enrollment marketing is strongly preferred.
• Ability to work independently and in fast‑paced, cross‑functional teams.
