Digital Merchandiser

About the role

Join the LEGO Group as a Digital Merchandiser and help drive eCommerce growth across Latin America. You will optimise product content, improve discoverability and work closely with top retailers to deliver an outstanding online shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Create, maintain and optimise product content (images, copy, video, BTC) using performance data and SEO best practices.
• Monitor digital‑shelf quality, ensure compliance with retailer requirements and support product launches across LATAM eCommerce partners.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Item Set‑Up, Account Leads, Marketing, Trade Marketing) and external partners to improve taxonomy, navigation and overall shopper experience.
• Support B2B digital‑marketing activities, manage paid‑campaign implementation and assist with data analysis for future improvements.
• Generate detailed eCommerce performance reports, conduct after‑action reviews, run test‑and‑learn experiments and perform regular shelf audits to identify trends and actionable insights.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience in digital merchandising within an eCommerce environment.
• Experience with consumer‑packaged goods or children’s categories is a plus.
• Excellent writing and grammar skills for creating compelling product copy.
