About the role

Unilever is looking for a Digital Transformation & Automation Lead to drive logistics innovation. The role focuses on identifying and implementing automation, digitalisation, advanced analytics and continuous‑improvement initiatives that boost efficiency, productivity and competitiveness across the logistics function.

Key responsibilities

• Identify improvement and automation opportunities within logistics processes.
• Design, develop and maintain digital platforms that support operational excellence.
• Analyse operational and performance data to generate actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Lead project management activities from concept through delivery.

Required profile

• Experience in customer operations.
• Proven track record as a project leader.
• Familiarity with digital platforms.
• Intermediate level of English.

• Programming.
