About the role

Mintz Group is seeking a Director for its Disputes practice. The role leads high‑stakes investigations linked to litigation, arbitration, corporate contests and regulatory matters, providing strategic advice to clients and shaping the firm’s dispute‑resolution capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and oversee complex investigations, including asset tracing, reputational assessments and multi‑jurisdictional fact development.
• Develop and implement investigative strategies aligned with client objectives, legal timelines and evidentiary standards.
• Mentor and manage investigative teams, ensuring delivery of high‑quality, client‑ready reports.
• Identify and drive improvements in investigative workflows, tools and methodologies.
• Serve as primary point of contact for major client accounts, managing expectations and delivering strategic insights.
• Contribute to business development initiatives to grow the Disputes practice.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in dispute‑driven fact development and high‑profile investigations.
• Strong analytical judgment and ability to operate under tight timelines.
• Proven leadership and team‑mentoring capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with attorneys, in‑house counsel and senior executives.
