About the role

The Director, Finance – MGS Commercial is a senior leader within the MGS Commercial leadership team, responsible for shaping financial strategy and governance across a global indirect procurement organization valued at $8.5 bn in spend. The role supports the 2030 $1 bn growth engine strategy and partners with senior commercial leaders to drive value creation.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic financial guidance for global indirect procurement and commercial service businesses.
• Partner with segments to build a 3‑year value‑creation pipeline targeting $1 bn.
• Assess market risks and opportunities impacting $1.5 bn and deliver recommendations.
• Lead control, governance, and compliance for procurement processes covering over 40,000 suppliers.
• Govern the Supplier Finance Program, supporting $1 bn of cash flow.
• Drive strategic resource allocation discussions to maximize ROI.
• Act as a trusted business partner to the MGS Commercial leadership team, delivering scenario analysis and risk mitigation.
• Contribute to the operational model and deployment roadmap for the 2030 growth strategy.
• Collaborate with segment CFOs and S&F teams on large commercial programs.
