Director, Impact – LATAM

About the role

Salesforce is seeking a Director, Impact for the LATAM region to translate global impact initiatives into localized programs that drive sustainability, education, AI for Impact and employee engagement. The role sits at the intersection of business, policy and ecosystem development, reporting to regional Government Affairs leadership and collaborating with the global Impact Team.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end LATAM Impact strategy, adapting global commitments into regional programs.
• Lead policy and advocacy efforts with public‑sector stakeholders, aligning with Impact public‑policy principles.
• Identify high‑impact grantees and startups, linking them to Salesforce philanthropy, technology and platforms.
• Serve as the “Voice of LATAM” within the global Impact Team, ensuring regional nuances shape global planning.
• Drive internal advocacy for Impact initiatives, aligning leadership and internal communications.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing and Solution Engineering to embed Impact narratives into strategic account engagements.
• Provide regional advisory support for AI and Agentforce initiatives.

Required profile

• Fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
• Deep expertise in sustainability and impact‑driven business models.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to navigate a complex, matrixed organization.
• Proven experience influencing high‑stakes partnerships and translating global goals into regional results.
• Leadership experience at senior level, preferably as part of a regional leadership team.
