About the role
We are seeking a Director of Finance to lead the financial strategy of an international luxury resort in Cancun. The role will shape financial planning, reporting and cost management to support operational excellence in a high‑end hospitality environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Oversee financial reporting, controls, and compliance
- Drive cost optimization and profitability strategies
- Partner closely with Operations and Executive Leadership to support business decisions
- Ensure alignment with corporate financial standards and policies
Required profile
- Previous experience in a senior finance leadership role within luxury or upscale hospitality
- Strong knowledge of financial controls, reporting, and hotel operations
- Proven track record in financial performance management
- Strategic mindset with a hands‑on leadership approach
- Advanced English proficiency required
