About the role
The Grand Hyatt Los Cabos is seeking a dynamic Director of Food & Beverage to shape the overall F&B strategy for its luxury resort. This senior leader will drive guest experience excellence while delivering revenue growth and profitability across all dining outlets.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee all Food & Beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, and banquet services.
- Develop and implement revenue‑maximising and guest‑satisfaction strategies.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and service excellence.
- Manage budgets, cost control measures, and overall financial performance.
- Lead, mentor, and develop high‑performing teams across the property.
Required profile
- Proven experience in a senior F&B leadership role within luxury hospitality.
- Strong business acumen with a track record of revenue growth and cost optimisation.
- Hands‑on leadership presence and ability to inspire teams.
- Advanced English proficiency.
