Director of Wellness Operations

About the role

The Director of Wellness Operations leads the full spectrum of wellness services at SHA Wellness, ensuring that every guest and employee experiences the brand’s integrative health philosophy. Reporting to the General Manager and the VP of Wellness, this senior leader drives operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and team performance across all wellness disciplines.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of Holistic, Fitness, Spa, Beauty, Salon, and Hydrotherapy services.
• Coordinate the wellness team, ensuring seamless communication with the Medical Director and alignment with clinic initiatives.
• Manage guest interactions, including VIP follow‑up, and maintain high guest satisfaction scores.
• Supervise yield management of wellness software, data usage, and compliance with health‑safety and luxury hospitality standards.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, collaborating with the VP of Wellness to adapt strategies.
• Lead training and development programs in partnership with HR, maintaining up‑to‑date protocols and staff engagement.

Required profile

• Demonstrated commitment to holistic health, sustainability, and the SHA wellness philosophy.
• Proven leadership experience in managing multi‑disciplinary wellness or hospitality teams.
• Strong guest‑centric mindset with a track record of achieving high satisfaction metrics.
• Ability to translate corporate wellness initiatives into day‑to‑day operations.
