Director, Site Operations

About the role

Paylocity is seeking a Director, Site Operations for Mexico to serve as the country leader responsible for the overall effectiveness, growth, and strategic alignment of its Mexico‑based teams. The role acts as the primary liaison between local teams and enterprise leadership, driving operational excellence and a strong employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all site operations, workplace services, and business continuity for the Mexico location.
• Provide matrix leadership across Operations, Product & Technology, and Corporate Functions.
• Maintain compliance with local employment and regulatory requirements.
• Build and nurture relationships with local stakeholders and ensure alignment with enterprise priorities.
• Support a high‑performing team member experience and drive growth initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in site or operations management.
• Strong understanding of Mexican employment laws and regulatory environment.
• Ability to work effectively in a matrixed, cross‑functional organization.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
