Director, Specialist Sales, Consumer Products

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Director to lead Specialist Sales for Consumer Products in Mexico. The role focuses on growing the Consumer Credit, Debit and Prepaid portfolio by shaping strategy, driving adoption and ensuring the success of both new and existing product lines.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for issuing partners, providing strategic and operational support.
• Represent the team in Quarterly Business Reviews, delivering performance insights and portfolio recommendations.
• Collaborate with Account Management to optimise issuer programs and increase purchase volume.
• Track and analyse product KPIs such as volume, revenue growth and other performance metrics.
• Support business reviews and annual budgeting to align with corporate objectives.
• Identify transaction trends and growth opportunities across the market.
• Lead product development initiatives to anticipate market shifts and expand the product suite.
• Drive adoption among existing issuers and implement spend‑activation strategies to boost card usage.
• Monitor regulatory and compliance requirements to ensure alignment with market standards.
