About the role

GUT, the creative and marketing division of Globant, is looking for a Senior Creative Art professional to lead the visual storytelling for global brands. You will blend creativity, design, and strategic thinking to craft compelling brand experiences that drive business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the conceptualization and development of visual concepts across campaigns and assets.
• Guide graphic execution, ensuring high‑quality creative output.
• Design outstanding presentation solutions for internal and client‑facing decks.
• Stay current with trends in technology, social media, design, and advertising.
• Combine strategic insight with strong creative execution.
• Adapt ideas based on client needs and creative direction.
• Present concepts to clients with clear, compelling rationales.
• Collaborate closely with Creative Directors, strategists, and multidisciplinary teams.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience in advertising agencies.
• Strong background in design, illustration, and presentation development.
• Proven experience creating content and executions for social media.
• Passion for creativity, ideas, and the advertising industry.
• Curiosity and enthusiasm for brands, clients, and agency work.
