Ecommerce Account Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Ecommerce Account Manager to nurture client relationships and help optimise online shopping experiences. You will work closely with senior strategists, design and development teams, and agency partners to deliver data‑driven ecommerce solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the day‑to‑day point of contact for clients, understanding their business goals and communicating impact.
• Participate in and eventually lead regular client check‑ins, sharing updates and gathering feedback.
• Assist in the implementation and QA of ecommerce optimisation campaigns, coordinating with internal teams.
• Help manage project timelines, budgets, and AGILE workflows, including backlog and sprint planning.
• Collaborate with designers and developers to implement site changes and translate technical concepts for clients.
• Research, recommend, and support the implementation of ecommerce apps.
• Contribute to case‑study development and share best‑practice insights across the organisation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1‑3 years of experience in ecommerce, account management, or digital marketing.
• Familiarity with Shopify (preferred) and exposure to WooCommerce or Magento.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Organised, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast‑paced environment.
