eCommerce Director – CAMEX Region

About the role

Beiersdorf is seeking an experienced eCommerce Director for the CAMEX region to shape and execute the online business strategy in line with global objectives and brand priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the eCommerce strategy aligned with corporate goals and brand positioning.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with customers, agencies and commercial partners.
• Lead and develop the eCommerce team, fostering a culture based on BDF values.
• Manage the online channel P&L, ensuring profitability and operational efficiency.
• Drive digital innovation, omnichannel capabilities and identify new business opportunities.

Required profile

• University degree in Business or a related field.
• Strong external orientation with focus on consumer, customer and category trends.
• Strategic and analytical thinker with proven decision‑making abilities.
• Experience in leading eCommerce operations and managing cross‑functional collaboration.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of eCommerce sub‑channels (pure players, 3P, DTC, eB2B, omnichannel, quick commerce, social commerce).
• Understanding of performance marketing, user experience and precision marketing.
• Advanced P&L management and data analysis capabilities.
