Ed-Tech Project Manager (Mexico)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Ed‑Tech Project Manager to lead and scale an innovative online education platform focused on workforce development and career transformation. Based in Mexico, you will drive operational excellence, international growth and student success across multiple learning tracks.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations and continuous improvement of the virtual learning platform.
• Oversee delivery of multiple training programs, coordinating instructors, resources and support functions.
• Develop and execute strategies for international expansion, including multilingual content.
• Recruit, onboard, train and lead cross‑functional remote teams.
• Drive student acquisition, engagement, retention and revenue growth through process optimisation.
• Establish, monitor and analyse key performance indicators to evaluate program effectiveness.
• Implement scalable processes and operational frameworks to support sustainable growth.
• Collaborate with leadership to align educational initiatives with business objectives.
• Identify opportunities for product enhancement, market expansion and organisational development.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project, product or operations management within EdTech, e‑learning, SaaS or related industries.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities in fast‑paced environments.
• Demonstrated success building and scaling remote or distributed teams.
• Strategic mindset with solid business acumen and entrepreneurial attitude.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and leadership skills.
• Data‑driven decision‑making with ability to track performance metrics.
