Entry-Level IT Support Analyst

About the role

UL is looking for a motivated, detail‑oriented entry‑level IT Support Analyst to join its 24/7 Core Support team. The position bridges basic troubleshooting and more advanced technical assistance, applying predefined solutions and performing initial incident diagnosis.

Key responsibilities

• Assign user accounts, roles and permissions according to established policies.
• Execute basic configuration changes such as updating user profiles and group memberships.
• Deploy pre‑approved scripts and settings changes following documented procedures.
• Review system logs, monitor dashboards and flag anomalies based on predefined thresholds.
• Escalate incidents with clear diagnostic reports when required.
• Roll out software patches and updates in line with UL’s deployment schedule.

Required profile

• Foundational knowledge of IT principles and support processes.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow documented procedures and work within a structured environment.
