Equipment Maintenance Technician

About the role

Arrow Electronics is seeking an Equipment Maintenance Technician to join its Guadalajara facility. You will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing a variety of equipment that supports the operation of the value‑added center.

Key responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair facility equipment essential for production.
• Perform miscellaneous structural repairs such as basic machining, welding, and carpentry as needed.
• Follow basic safety principles for all equipment and report issues beyond your scope to senior technicians.
• Collaborate with peers, operators, crew leads, and supervisors to prioritize work.
• Execute basic problem‑solving tasks and routine facility maintenance.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years of related maintenance experience.
• Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive, able to work independently and follow direction from supervisors.
• Prior experience in the electronics industry is highly preferred.
