Especialista en Growth Marketing y Contenido (GEO/SEO)

About the role

MStar Holding is looking for a Growth Marketing & Content Specialist to lead GEO and AI Engine Optimization (AIO) initiatives for the Mexican market. You will craft high‑intent content, optimize our digital assets for emerging AI‑driven search platforms, and drive qualified leads for our fintech and automotive tech solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute GEO & AIO strategies to ensure brand visibility on AI models such as ChatGPT, SearchGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Google SGE.
• Create SEO‑optimized blog articles, guides, and educational resources focused on vehicle financing topics.
• Write, audit, and improve copy for landing pages, Google Ads, Meta ads, and WhatsApp auto‑responders to maximize CTR and conversion rates while complying with Mexican financial advertising regulations.
• Manage social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) and produce localized scripts, infographics, and UGC‑style short‑form videos.

Required profile

• 2–4+ years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, SEO/GEO, or growth marketing within fintech, automotive, or tech startups in Mexico.
• Native Mexican Spanish speaker with excellent copywriting skills and familiarity with automotive finance terminology.
• Professional working proficiency in English for collaboration with international teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Google Search Console.
• Strong understanding of GEO/AIO principles, including entity SEO, structured data, and direct‑answer optimization.
