About the role

The Senior Specialist in Planning and Financial Analysis will support the Beer Operations division by delivering accurate forecasts, cost tracking and financial reporting. Reporting to Finance leadership, the role combines deep analytical work with cross‑functional collaboration to drive cost‑saving initiatives and strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and prepare the annual plan, monthly forecasts and long‑range (10‑year) plan for the Beer Operations division.
• Model spend, variances and COGS & SG&A drivers, including profit‑in‑inventory considerations.
• Prepare consolidated spend per case, benchmark across breweries, and conduct constant‑currency analysis.
• Load, reconcile and maintain detailed financial data in the planning application (SAP).
• Provide financial analysis and reporting to operations leadership and corporate FP&A.
• Support cost‑innovation and savings projects, and lead SAP Finance support efforts.
• Identify and communicate risks and opportunities, including tax‑structure and intercompany pricing.

Required profile

• Self‑driven, results‑oriented professional with strong written and verbal communication.
• Proven analytical ability, attention to detail and capacity to manage multiple priorities.
• Independent project ownership from inception to completion.
• Excellent presentation skills for all organizational levels.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (pivot tables, look‑up formulas, macros).
• Expertise in SAP finance modules.
• Proficiency with Power BI for data visualization.
• Cost analysis and forecasting experience.
