Executive & Administrative Operations Assistant (Remote)

About the role

Our client, a leading business valuation and financial appraisal firm, is seeking a proactive Executive & Administrative Operations Assistant. Working remotely on a full‑time basis, you will act as a pivotal support pillar for senior executives, overseeing day‑to‑day corporate operations, client onboarding, and data management.

Key responsibilities

• Translate executive agreements into formal client engagement letters and contracts using Box Sign, and follow up to secure signatures.
• Draft and manage structured data request checklists, track client documentation, and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain the Salesforce CRM, keeping pipeline updates, project statuses, and contact data accurate.
• Coordinate logistics between incoming client files and offshore analyst teams, assigning tasks based on capacity.
• Review and edit long‑form financial appraisal narratives for layout, punctuation, formatting, and spelling consistency.
