About the role
The client is a well‑established outdoor living and hardscape company based in New York, seeking an Executive Assistant to support the owner with both business and personal tasks. This full‑time position is remote, preferably for candidates in LATAM, and focuses on organization, execution, and process improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the owner’s calendar, appointments, and daily schedule.
- Prioritize tasks, provide real‑time support via chat or text, and handle general administrative duties.
- Create and maintain spreadsheets for job estimates, project tracking, and data entry.
- Organize project data, materials, timelines, and assist in improving quoting and reporting templates.
- Coordinate ongoing and upcoming jobs, track project progress, and suggest workflow improvements.
- Support implementation of CRM and project‑management systems.
- Track payments, outstanding balances, and assist with QuickBooks management.
Required profile
- Fluent English with the ability to communicate exclusively in English during the shift.
- Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Required skills
- Proficiency with spreadsheet tools (Excel or Google Sheets).
- Experience using QuickBooks.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms.
- Knowledge of project‑management software.
What we offer
- Full‑time remote role with a schedule of Monday‑Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM EST.
- Hourly compensation ranging from $6 to $8.
