Executive Assistant to Chief Executive Officer

About the role

We are a fast‑growing team behind Absolute Sales Development (Sandler Miami) and Elephant Journey. The Executive Assistant will partner directly with our CEOs, Carlos and Carolina, managing both their professional and personal commitments so they can focus on leadership and revenue generation.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain flawless calendar and time management across multiple businesses and personal schedules, guarding the CEOs’ time.
• Tri­age inboxes, gather context, draft responses and ensure no communication falls through the cracks.
• Coordinate travel logistics, including flights, accommodations and detailed itineraries for business trips, bootcamps and personal travel.
• Integrate professional and personal admin tasks, handling any activity that could distract the CEOs from revenue‑generating work.
• Prepare meeting materials, briefs, Fathom links and background data for Vistage sessions, Sandler trainings and client meetings.

Required profile

• Hyper‑attentive to detail, consistently double‑checking work.
• Proactive in seeking context, comfortable digging into CRMs, transcripts and project boards.
• Ability to set and protect leadership boundaries with a human, respectful approach.
• Calm under pressure, thriving in chaotic, fast‑paced environments.
