Executive Assistant to the CEO

About the role

We are seeking a high‑leverage Executive Assistant to serve as the strategic right‑hand to our CEO. This role goes beyond traditional administrative duties, requiring proactive problem‑solving, data analysis, and operational support in a fast‑paced, global environment.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary gatekeeper for the CEO, managing internal and external communications with discretion.
• Maintain real‑time awareness of the CEO’s priorities, deadlines, and projects across multiple time zones.
• Coordinate complex, fluid calendars and international travel itineraries.
• Gather data from various departments to produce executive reports, dashboards, and presentations.
• Audit workflows, identify inefficiencies, and recommend process improvements.
• Support financial tracking, expense management, budget auditing, and reporting.
• Handle confidential business and financial information with the utmost discretion.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, Business Operations Manager, or similar role.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to interpret data and suggest actions.
• Highly proactive, autonomous, and comfortable operating in chaotic, high‑pressure settings.
• Financial literacy with comfort using spreadsheets and basic business finance concepts.
• Ability to work asynchronously across global time zones.
