Executive Automation & Insights Assistant

About the role

As the Executive Automation & Insights Assistant to the Chief Information Officer and Global Head of Artificial Intelligence, you will sit at the heart of technology delivery, managing the executive agenda while leveraging AI tools to drive efficiency across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Own the CIO calendar, operating rhythm, staff meetings, quarterly reviews and leadership off‑sites.
• Develop AI agents to automate recurring tasks and streamline workflows.
• Translate complex technology topics (cloud, cybersecurity, data/AI, enterprise apps) into clear, executive‑ready presentations.
• Coordinate cross‑functional priorities with PMO, Security, Infrastructure, Apps and Data/AI leads, tracking actions to closure.
• Prepare partner, customer and vendor briefings while handling sensitive communications with discretion.
• Maintain the digital workspace (Teams, SharePoint) and keep dashboards and trackers up‑to‑date.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years supporting C‑suite or senior technology leaders in a fast‑paced, global environment.
• Strong knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT and Copilot.
• Experience in process improvement using AI or cutting‑edge technology.
• Advanced Microsoft 365 proficiency (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel) and familiarity with Power BI.
• Excellent judgment, stakeholder management and the ability to simplify complex information.
• Fluent English (C1 level).
