About the role

We are seeking an Expedited Logistics Specialist to join our critical logistics team. In this position you will design, execute, and monitor emergency transport solutions for the automotive industry, ensuring that high‑value, time‑sensitive shipments reach their destination on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Develop immediate contingency plans for mission‑critical shipments.
• Negotiate spot rates and secure capacity with our own equipment under tight deadlines.
• Provide 24/7 milestone‑by‑milestone tracking and proactive updates to stakeholders.
• Identify potential supply‑chain bottlenecks and resolve customs or operational hurdles in real time.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in time‑critical, expedited freight or freight forwarding.
• Professional proficiency in English (minimum B2/C1 level).
• Ability to negotiate with international agents and make split‑second decisions with financial and operational accuracy.
• Willingness to work rotating on‑call shifts.
