About the role

The Experience Curator is a key ambassador of Banyan Tree Veya’s philosophy, responsible for designing and delivering highly personalized guest journeys. This role blends luxury hospitality with wellbeing, local culture, and vineyard experiences to create memorable, emotionally engaging stays.

Key responsibilities

• Design and coordinate bespoke itineraries tailored to each guest’s preferences.
• Curate wellness, culinary, cultural, and vineyard activities that reflect the resort’s sense of place.
• Act as the primary point of contact for personalized guest engagement, handling special requests, celebrations, and VIP arrangements.
• Anticipate guest needs through meticulous attention to detail and proactive service.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of all experiences.
• Maintain deep knowledge of resort offerings and local attractions to provide expert recommendations.
• Support service recovery with empathy, discretion, and professionalism.
• Contribute ideas for continuous innovation of guest experiences.

Required profile

• Strong passion for hospitality, storytelling, and guest engagement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to anticipate needs and deliver personalized experiences.
• Previous experience in luxury hospitality, concierge, or guest relations preferred.
• Fluent English required; additional languages are an advantage.
• Professional demeanor with a warm, genuine service approach.
