Experience Manager

About the role

The Experience Manager will shape and deliver the resort’s signature guest experiences, turning the property’s soulful story into memorable moments for visitors and the local community.

Key responsibilities

• Develop an annual events calendar based on the property’s Journey Map.
• Plan, lead and coordinate inter‑departmental execution of special events, weekly activities, classes and programs that showcase the resort’s values.
• Create daily rituals and activate spaces to bring the resort’s spirit alive for guests and the local community.
• Curate design elements for resort spaces, retail and amenity offerings.
• Establish and nurture relationships with local partners and vendors to enhance the brand story.
• Produce visual and physical content such as photoshoots, copywriting and graphic design to support marketing of experiences.

Required profile

• 6‑8 years of experience in a creative field with proven leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in Design, Marketing, Public Relations or a related discipline.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, positive demeanor and sense of adventure.
• Ability to plan and execute creative programs from concept through delivery, adapting in real time.
• Strong project coordination skills and sound decision‑making to support resort operations.
• Professional presentation and interaction with guests.
