Fashion Category Account Manager – TikTok Commerce

About the role

We are seeking a Fashion Category Account Manager to lead TikTok’s commerce initiatives within the fashion vertical. You will work closely with creators, brands and internal teams to build a compelling shopping experience for our global audience.

Key responsibilities

• Drive and manage end‑to‑end business partnerships in the fashion category, ensuring continuous growth.
• Collaborate with creators and presenters to produce high‑quality commerce content that drives revenue.
• Analyze data to identify pain points, formulate business requirements, and prioritize solutions.
• Serve as the TikTok commerce operations expert for fashion, monitoring category performance and identifying service opportunities.
• Lead internal projects such as campaigns, product launches and marketing initiatives that support the broader industry ecosystem.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation abilities.
• Customer‑service orientation with experience in client‑facing roles.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Fluent English and ability to collaborate across global, cross‑functional teams.
