Finance Manager – 3P Marketplace (FBA) – Mexico

About the role

Amazon is looking for a Finance Manager to lead the 3P (Third‑Party) Fulfilled by Amazon (FBA) channel for its Mexico Marketplace. You will partner with cross‑functional teams to provide financial insight, drive profitability, and support the growth of a business that accounts for over 65% of Amazon MX online sales.

Key responsibilities

• Co‑own the Marketplace LATAM FBA finance function and consolidate FP&A processes for Mexico.
• Develop financial models, validate operational results, and deliver accurate forecasts.
• Maintain strong financial controls and data integrity across the Marketplace business.
• Lead month‑end close activities and planning cycles.
• Partner with business teams to drive growth, profitability, and cost‑optimization.
• Automate and simplify reporting, forecasting, and consolidation processes.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in tax, finance, or a related analytical field.
• Proven ability to apply key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses.
• Experience delivering results for large, cross‑functional initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
