Finance Manager – Financial Control (Mexico)

About the role

Revolut is seeking a Finance Manager to lead financial control for its TechCo entities in Mexico. Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, you will oversee accounting, tax, audit and automation initiatives for non‑operating branches and subsidiaries of Revolut Ltd.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the monthly accounting close process and bookkeeping in collaboration with the Shared Service Centre.
• Oversee month‑on‑month movements in the General Ledger.
• Work with the Global Tax team on VAT and corporate income tax filings.
• Coordinate local audits and ensure compliance with Mexican tax regulations.
• Support the launch of new branches and manage accounting vendors.
• Act as the primary finance contact for the entity and lead automation projects.
• Improve processes to increase efficiency and accuracy of monthly, quarterly and annual reporting.

Required profile

• Fluency in English.
• 5+ years of experience in finance, accounting or external audit (4+ years if qualified accountant).
• Experience in financial services or large organisations, with knowledge of Mexican direct/indirect tax rules.
• Solid understanding of IFRS standards.

Required skills

• SQL for analysis and reporting.
• NetSuite ERP system.
