Finance Manager – Mexico

About the role

Oatly is looking for a commercially‑minded Finance Manager to act as the financial co‑pilot for its Mexico business. You will translate data into insights, support strategic decisions and help scale the company’s financial foundation in a fast‑growing plant‑based market.

Key responsibilities

• Transform complex financial data into actionable insights for business decisions.
• Lead monthly closing activities and group reporting processes.
• Own monthly forecasting, covering demand volumes through contribution margin.
• Provide P&L ownership, performance tracking, and profitability analysis across customers, products, and channels.
• Partner with commercial teams on innovation projects, market launches, and business cases.
• Identify opportunities to improve profitability, simplify processes, and maximize investment impact.
• Support budgeting, planning, and provide financial guidance to stakeholders.
• Drive working‑capital improvements and monitor customer payment performance.
• Collaborate with outsourced accounting and tax partners to ensure efficient, compliant operations.
• Support audits and ensure compliance with local legal and statutory requirements.
• Continuously improve financial systems, processes, and controls.
• Build strong relationships across Finance, Commercial, Brand, Demand Planning, and Operations teams.

Required profile

• Commercially oriented finance professional with strong analytical abilities.
• Strategic thinker who can also execute hands‑on tasks.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and working‑capital management.
• Proven ability to work in a fast‑growing, dynamic environment.
• Excellent collaboration skills with cross‑functional teams.
