Financial Analyst - Controller

About the role

T-Systems México is seeking a Financial Analyst / Controller to join its Delivery Controlling function. The role will support month‑end close, cost‑center controlling, forecasting, budgeting, reporting and billing for assigned delivery areas.

Key responsibilities

• Support financial and business analysis for assigned delivery cost centers.
• Assist with month‑end close activities, including accruals, reclassifications and account analysis.
• Prepare monthly reporting packages, variance analysis and explanations versus forecast and budget.
• Drive forecasting and budgeting processes for cost centers and delivery areas.
• Monitor cost‑center performance, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend improvements.
• Assist with standard cost calculations, cost‑model analysis and billing alignment.
• Partner with finance, procurement, production and delivery teams to understand cost drivers.
• Develop and maintain financial models, reports and analytical tools.
• Conduct benchmarking, ad‑hoc analysis and support audit requests.

Required profile

• Approximately 5 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, controlling, FP&A or cost accounting.
• Strong analytical capabilities and good communication skills.
• Ability to partner with finance and operational teams.
• High‑potential finance professional seeking growth into broader cost‑controlling ownership.
