Financial Analyst – Inventory & Cost Control

About the role

As a Financial Analyst at Bosch, you will analyze economic and financial data related to the company’s monthly results and provide actionable insights for management. The role focuses on profitability analysis, business control of raw materials and spare parts, and supports budgeting and forecasting activities.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze monthly economic and financial information and present it to management for decision‑making.
• Perform profitability analysis and business control for raw materials and spare‑parts warehouses.
• Conduct cycle counts for raw materials and spare parts across Mexican and U.S. legal entities.
• Coordinate approval and disposition of scrap or obsolete materials.
• Serve as backup for fixed‑asset control and support inventory reconciliation when required.
• Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and target‑costing activities.
• Ensure compliance with quality, environmental, and occupational health standards and maintain a clean workspace.

Required profile

• Excellent knowledge of financial, analytical, and cost accounting principles.
• Experience in accounting, cost accounting, and risk analysis departments.
• Strong problem‑definition skills and ability to anticipate issues.
• Self‑sufficient in researching, assimilating, and organizing information.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.

Required skills

• Specialized knowledge of the SAP system.
• Proficiency with computer tools (e.g., Excel).
