About the role
The Financial Analyst will support the Ramos Press Plant by ensuring accurate financial reporting, managing fixed assets, and maintaining compliance with SOX requirements. This role involves close collaboration with accounting and operations teams to deliver timely insights.
Key responsibilities
- Review and clean up AP and AR balances, including open POS and GRIR.
- Manage fixed assets: capitalizations, physical inventories, depreciation, and CIP projections.
- Ensure SOX compliance across financial processes.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and month‑end closing activities.
- Develop mid‑month and outlook financial reviews and profit plans.
- Support annual inventory roll‑ups and general accounting reconciliations.
Required profile
- Strong analytical thinking and results‑oriented mindset.
- Proactive ownership with the ability to work effectively in a team.
Required skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel.
- SOX compliance knowledge.
