Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst

About the role

We are expanding our Finance team at Chileno Bay Golf & Beach Club in Los Cabos and are seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst. The analyst will provide clear financial insight to support leadership, investors, and development decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare investor reports and summary presentations.
• Build cash flow models, calculate sales commissions, and produce weekly sales reports.
• Maintain the Business Plan with up‑to‑date actuals and forecasts.
• Conduct gross‑margin analysis by neighborhood and price per square foot.
• Collaborate with accounting to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Support development projects through budget validation and Board approval processes.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in business finance or a related role.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or business administration (Master’s degree a plus).
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Advanced Excel skills (superuser).
• Experience in real‑estate finance.
• FMVA or similar financial modeling designation preferred.
• Strong analytical ability and comfort presenting to senior executives.
