Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Specialist

About the role

Join a finance team that plays a central role in business planning, financial reporting, and operational decision support. The position offers visibility across financial planning, accounting, compliance, budgeting, and business analysis, supporting leaders with accurate insights.

Key responsibilities

• Lead monthly financial closing activities and ensure timely reporting between Finance and Operations.
• Monitor compliance with local accounting regulations and US GAAP, resolving issues as needed.
• Prepare and deliver financial reports for corporate stakeholders, highlighting performance drivers and variances.
• Support annual budgeting and develop monthly/quarterly forecasts for balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow.
• Analyze financial statements and operational results to provide actionable insights.
• Review internal controls, finance policies, and business processes to support audit readiness.
• Evaluate capital expenditure requests and prepare financial analyses for investment decisions.
• Assess gross margin performance by product line, identify discrepancies, and support pricing updates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of finance, accounting, financial planning or analysis experience in a multinational organization.
• Professional proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Power BI.
• Experience with ERP systems – JDE preferred.
