Financial Project Administrator

About the role

The Financial Project Administrator (FPA) will be the backbone of finance operations for our High‑Voltage Substation projects. Working closely with Commercial Project Managers, Project Managers and cross‑functional teams, the FPA ensures accurate project set‑up, transactional excellence and reliable data for strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain project structures in SAP, including sales orders, billing plans, budgets and master data.
• Process customer invoices, manage cash collection, and produce accounts‑receivable reports.
• Support monthly forecasting, closing activities and data reconciliations to guarantee data quality.
• Monitor project risks, opportunities, claims and forecast information.
• Coordinate project close‑out, warranty administration and final documentation.
• Prepare ad‑hoc and portfolio reports, analyses and management presentations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Project Management or a related field.
• 4‑6 years of experience in project administration, finance, commercial operations or project controls.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and organizational abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a continuous‑improvement mindset.

Required skills

• SAP (ERP system) – preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Microsoft Office suite.
