Fixed Income Trader – AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to help train and evaluate AI assistant models that support finance teams. In this contract role you will test the bots with real‑world fixed‑income and capital‑markets scenarios, assess their reasoning and accuracy, and provide structured feedback to improve future versions.

Key responsibilities

• Review and refine AI assistant answers on macro‑economic trends, corporate finance and capital‑markets topics.
• Validate the logic and correctness of model outputs using your finance expertise.
• Challenge the models with complex, edge‑case scenarios to identify strengths and gaps.
• Provide clear, structured feedback that guides model updates.
• Generate diverse problem sets for the bots and evaluate their performance.

Required profile

• Fluent English (bilingual‑level proficiency).
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical mindset.
• Advanced degree (MBA, Master’s or PhD) preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to work independently as an independent contractor.
